I was recommended this place for a used tired as my front passenger had a flat but the rest of my tires were fairly new. I thought I was getting a good deal until my Fiancé brought my car there on 6/12/23, to have the tire replaced and came home with all of sorts of lights flashing in my car for the psi, lane departure etc. So I had my fiancé call them today 6/13/23, and the gentleman who answered got immediately defensive and said there’s no way they did anything to the tire because he had changed the tire himself but to bring it back in to look at anyway. I then went to another mechanic to get a second opinion and noticed my car was also pulling to the left. I explained this to my mechanic and he said the only way those lights would come on is if they damaged my tire sensor/monitor. My soon to be father in law and fiancé finally bring it back to Proline on 6/13/23, where they tell us there was never any type of sensor or monitor in my car and accuse us of trying to get a free one from them when not a single light had been on in my car prior to them changing my tire. They then began to raise their voices at us and throw accusations at my father in law so he ended up having to file a police report. Very poor experience and customer service.

Customer (Female) brought in a wheel & tire by itself with the tire needing replacement (wheel and tire where not on the vehicle at the time it was brought into the shop). the tire was replaced as we do every day and customer paid and left, complete process time about 10 minutes. Few days later customer (Male) contacts the shop hysterical, that all the lights on the vehicle where on due to the tire we replaced. We told him to bring it in to check it, when he came in the we had notice the wheel did not have Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensor. As we tried to explain, he stated at the time the wheel was brought to us the TPMS was in it. He did not want to hear nothing we had to say and continued by calling Law Enforcement, police showed up very disappointed looked at us and left not asking any question by us simply explaining to him what a TPMS looks like on the wheel. TPMS have distinctive valve stem where the sensor attaches or is screwed on to them, this wheel came to our shop dismounted from the vehicle without a TPMS. All that was done was a tire replacement at no point do we touch or change TPMS.

The company's rebuttal is inaccurate, I have never stepped foot in their establishment. My fiancé brought my car in just before they closed on 6/12/23 with the tire. My fiancé paid and started driving home, shortly after a number of lights came across my dashboard so he tried to call Proline and was unsuccessful.  He called the very next day 6/13/23 when he woke up (Which was around 1pm since he works overnights) and the gentleman who answered said there was no way he damaged my sensor because he changed the tire itself and contused to argue with my fiancé until finally coming to an agreement to bring the car back in. My fiancé came with his father on 6/13/23 (to have a witness since they gave us a hard time over the phone about the sensor), and they explained my car was now showing several lights regarding the TPSM as well as pulling to the left. They took air out of the tire they replaced and said the pulling should stop (which it hasn't), then again proceeded to deny there was a sensor in my car and accused us of trying to get a free one. The gentleman who changed my tire ended up getting into a heated argument with my father-in-law because he kept yelling and cursing over my father -in-law trying to speak and the police were called. We have this altercation recorded. The police told us they constantly get complaints of faulty service from this establishment and advised us to file a complaint with the BBB as well as call the bank to dispute what they charged us the day before since they broke my sensor and refused to fix it. I did not have any lights on in my car prior to them touching my tire and as soon as they came on, we tried to have them fix the situation. It was not until they replaced my tire that I had an issue, and they refuse to fix their mistake and yelled and cursed at us for bringing my car back to them to have them fix their mistake.
