    I purchased pizza & wings from this entity which cost $31.50. While eating the 1st piece of a 10 cut pizza, I had a long piece of blonde hair in it. This caused me major anxiety which then caused me to vomit!....I called the entity and was offered another pizza or $7 credit! I was extremely upset, I went to the entity with the pizza and wings to discuss this matter further with the owner. The owner was adamant he found nothing wrong with this, then took the pizza and wings back!!! The owner was not empathetic and extremely arrogant. He didn't find anything wrong with hair being in the pizza, then stated the only options were another pizza or a $7 credit, he would not offer me my money back, which I found that extremely disturbing and upsetting! I paid $31.50 for wings & pizza from this entity, no where is it posted in this establishment that they will not offer customer "REFUNDS". No one in this food establishment had on hair nets! I want money back, I DON'T want another pizza or ANY food from this establishment EVER AGAIN, just want my hard earned money back!!

    To Whom it May Concern: I received this complaint in the mail today October 14th, 2022.I can't speak to what occurred when the customer called the business because they didn't speak to me.  When the customer called they spoke with my phone employee and by the time I got to the phone there was nobody there. The customer and two other members came in and demanded their money back in a very defensive tone.  I asked for them to explain to me what the issue was.  After they stated they found a hair in the pizza I gave them options.  The options were I could re make them a fresh pizza, make them anything else on the menu to replace the pizza or give a credit in the amount of the order.  This is the normal practice in 99% of establishments these days, not just restaurants.  You receive store credit.  So I gave them a credit slip worth $31.50.  I have a copy at my establishment and they took a copy of this for their record.  i thought this matter was resolved when they accepted the credit fort $31.50.  The customers didn't want any of the food they returned so I disposed of it in the garbage can.This is my normal practice in owning the business for over four years now.  No other customer has had an issue with this policy and I plan on this to continue being the policy as I go forward running a successful and respectable business.  Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions or concerns concerning this matter.My business phone number is ************.  We are open 7 days a week.     Better Business Bureau: 

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  I expect a full refund of the $31.50 that I spent.  I would never patronize this business in the future after they caused me to vomit from eating someone's hair, therefore I would never spend the $31.50 credit. This business is not following New York State Health Department protocols, if wearing a hair net this would have been prevented from happening. The business has no signs posted of their refund policies in their establishment.
