      The state of Independent Fitness {Seneca Falls, NY} is miserable. There's no A/C, and poor ventilation so it is often hotter and more humid than the air outside. Only a couple of the treadmills can run their workout programs, one is stuck permanently at a downhill incline. Only one of the bikes functions properly. The equipment is packed in so tight you can't walk around them and are forced to touch other people when working out. Most of the equipment has a brown film that rubs into your skin. The humidity has been a breeding ground for bugs. All around a very gross and uncomfortable place to be. I wouldn't recommend to my enemies.
