I think they are incompetent and deceiving. They did not test my land to determine where to drill for water and ignored my finding as too where I knew there was water for a drilled well. They notified me only after drilling 400 feet and stated that they did not find water. It forced me to to decide to drill further to get water at 600 feet!! Total cost was over 20 k because if this and I still don' t get much water. My neighbors get water at 12 feet. I had an old well I showed Amber that had standing water in it but they talked me out of that location. I paid this because of their invoices and threats to send to collection but it bothers me that I got hustled into this. Please help retrieve some of my money or at least warn others. They are total scammers as far as I am concerned. I really would not give them a single star but its required for the complaint.

08/02/2023, I called AMBER WATER PRO SERVICES to retrieve pipes that had dropped down into my well. They agreed as long as I paid $202.81 up front. I scheduled an appointment for 08/02/2023.
08/03/2023 at 10:30 a.m. the technician called me and asked what the job entailed. I told him it was a pipe retrieval job and that I had two poly pipes stuck about 20' down. He said he was headed to his shop to get the tools. The two technicians showed up at 12:45 p.m. on a Friday afternoon and kept the truck running while they stood over the pit that I dug up. The head technician asked me once again how far down the pipes were. I told him 15-20' down. He then proceeded to attach two schedule 120 PVC pipes together along with a nylon noose at the end. He tried that method (which was the method I used) without success for an hour. It is now 1:45 and he looks at his watch and says that he will hook me up with water for the weekend and come back with another method. I agreed. He then pulls out a brand new submersible pump out of a box. During the install one of the technicians was having a hard time pulling wire, so I asked the head technician if he needed me to step in and help. He agreed, so I helped install the temporary system. Before leaving, the technician said he could not be here on Monday to finish the job.
I received a call on Tuesday to set up another appointment for Friday afternoon. I agreed and requested to speak with Jessy the manager. I asked Jessy if his company had the proper tools to do the job? He replied Yes. I said why weren't they brought on the initial call? He said maybe his technicians were coming from another job. I wasn't satisfied with his response, so I stopped the job. I was billed $3,000 for the work the was done. To the people leaving reviews about this company, please file a complaint with the Attorney Generals office now!
