      BEWARE. This company is predatory on first time home buyers and all around highly unprofessional. I would give 0 stars if possible. Days after we moved into our first home and were still in the process of settling in we received a notice on our door threatening to remove the tanks if we didn't call and set up an account. With propane being our only source of cooking I called, read through and signed a 2 year contract. I gave the sales rep my card information and authorized a one time payment for the fees to sign up and the rental for the 2 tanks on the property. Roughly a month or 2 later we received a call and email informing us they would be coming by and removing the second tank (that we had paid for) and that we would have to pay a restocking and removal fee. I called many times and informed them that we had paid for both (also signed a contract for both) and needed the second for a heating source we had put in but the threats of removal kept coming for weeks until all of a sudden they just stopped. We didn't hear anything from them for about a year and then the harrassment started again when we received a bill for the yearly rental fees and they tried to bill the card that they had apparently put on file, both without my consent. They claimed the account was set to auto pay when I hadn't even authorized them to add the card to the account in the first place. We have received over ************************************************************************************************ use and they were informed of this as well as the bank fees we were accruing for the failed transactions. They were told they would receive a check for the balance due. After this conversation with them they lied to me and said the account was taken off auto pay and they wouldn't be trying to bill that account any longer as well as an address to send the check to, only to be greeted today by 3 more failed transaction attempts, more bank fees, and another email threating to lock the tank.

      They are robbers they destroyed my property with a oil spill that they didnt want to clean

      I needed help to set up a regularly scheduled fuel delivery for a friend's home. I called, spoke with ****** and ********. Well, they were great! Kind courteous and professional. I can now rest easy and be assured that the home will stay warm this winter. Thanks guys, Sincerely ***********************
