I bought this dog harness recommended by my trainer. I used the harness as instructed under his supervision. Within less than two weeks of receipt, the harness broke. My dog is very reactive to other dogs and was pulling, jumping, and twisting. I called the company to see what they could do for me and the man who answered the phone said he was the owner and immediately jumped down my throat and said he was going to educate me about tensile strength and how it was impossible my dog could have broken out of the harness and that he must have chewed it. I don't leave the harness on the dog unsupervised for any amount of time. The harness was stored out of reach of the dog when not on him. This man refused to believe that I was being honest and that there was genuinely no opportunity for the dog to have chewed the harness. He said if I wouldn't admit that, then there's nothing he could do for me and continued to talk over me, interrupt me, and yell about how hard it is to be an American owned business. I've never in my life been treated with such animosity and hostility when I approached as a very calm and concerned customer with a defective product. Despite me staying calm and asking him to speak kinder to me, he continued to belittle me and demean me and then abruptly hung up on me. I'm shocked at how poorly I was treated. I will never buy from 2 Hounds/Freedom-No Pull Harness (same company, two websites and two different names but same product) ever again nor will I recommend them. I'm sure after my trainer hears this, he will stop recommending them. It makes no sense why the owner, who clearly doesn't like people and doesn't want to listen to them or help them, gives his personal phone number out as the customer service line and then is so upset that customers actually call him with their issues. He needs to hire an actual customer service center who knows how to listen and talk to people.
