      FMC Pharmacy, LLC entered into a Software License, Services and Maintenance Agreement with Micro Merchant Systems, Inc. (PrimeRx) effective 12/29/2023. The software has not been installed to working order. Our company has not been able to utilize the software one time. Our company has reached out to communicate both via e-mail and phone on multiple occasions. Micro Merchant Systems, Inc. has not responded to our e-mail, phone calls or termination letter and request for refund dated 8/13/24.

      The worst pharmacy software out there! they also have a lot of staff that pride themselves in hanging up the phone on you if you don't do things their way. Taken more then one year to implement the program and u will lose customers because on them ! The worst software ever!! Worst customer service! From installation to training is zero u better be able to figure thing out urself and not effective in terms of resolving the problems. As a new pharmacy Ive lost patients and try to leave them they will frustrate you business.I look forward to your reply and resolution to my problems.

       I have not received any call from ******* and my all issues are still pending. We need help from MMS to resolve theses issues as soon as possible.

      POS and pharmacy software is still pending. Anytime we call the support it's takes many week to resolve the issues. we need help to fix our ECP and Pharmacy. Please we need help asap.

      On May 19th, 2023, ***************************- Director of Micro Merchant Systems called Harish and resolved his issue. They made an agreement that ****** will call Saeed if he has any other additional problems and they will work them out toghter to resolve.
