    I called the earlier part of this week to inform the company I would be moving and had some empty containers which needed to be picked up. I was moving and wanted to settle a past due bill. I was advised someone would pick up the containers on Friday between the hours of 8 and 9am. I stay at my apartment to settle the payment. A man came to retrieve the empty containers. I asked how much was owed. I was given a total of $69.88. I asked how much was that in late fees. I would call and speak to someone about it. The guy then stated it didn’t matter who I spoke to they would tell me the same thing. I then stated I didn’t ask him that. He took my card charged the $60.00. I thanked him told him to have a nice day. He then stated His exact words was “I am the f****** guy you speak to on the phone. I am not taking off the f****** late fees. I don’t ever want to talk to you or look in your f****** face again.” Prior to his outburst I told him I still had one more container still in use. He stated he would not be picking up anymore containers he will charge me a container fee and send the sum of $9.88 to collections. He claimed I was rude yet I never cursed at him once. What I did say is he has a bad spirit which needs to be cleanse and a whole lot of prayer. He continued his rant all outside of my apartment. I use to call in to pay my bill. This guy would be rude to me for absolutely no reason. I stop paying my bill over the phone when I gave him my card information one day he stated we were good. Only to later call me back asking for my card information again. I ask I though we were good. He then said he wrote my card information down wrong. I felt very uncomfortable with my card information being written down so I stopped calling in my payments. I told him the next time the delivery was made I would make a payment then. When the delivery person came no one knocked on my door so I didn’t get to pay the amount owed. The guy today really has anger management problems. Rude

    Good Morning, The $9.00 this lady still owed us is not worth our time.  She's wrong.  I have proof.  Thanks for reaching out but her account is closed and we could care less about her rude, combative, gross self.  Thanks again!
