    MVHS must have one of the worst billing systems! They sent me a bill for $77.43 from 2019! This is not the first time they've done this to me. In 2013, I had a hip replacement at the St. Lukes campus. I paid each bill as it come due. Then, three years later, I received a bill for $25.00. I called, and they told me it was a bookkeeping error, and I had to pay it - which I did. The doctor I used to have at MVHS has even left them to work for another organization due to the fact that MVHS is so bad. Take my advice - go elsewhere for your medical treatments!

    This business is deceitful charges a copay for Dr visits, but then bills them as a hospital visit. I am so disgusted with their billing services but in order to file an official complaint I have to waive my hippa rights. The counceling services are good if you are prepared to pay 300.00 an appointment with your insurance and not know that's what you are getting charged until months later you should go see them.
