Unfortunately there are many customer who bring in packages for return where they have multiple boxes and one shipping label. It really doesn't matter what they 'think' ****** told them or even if ****** really did tell them certain things.  It is UPS that ships the packages and we are not to duplicate labels and put them on multiple boxes.  The is defrauding UPS.UPS requires that each package have a unique shipping label.  99% of the customers understand this and a vast majority of them actually call ****** while they are in the store.  As far as I know, and I have seen quite a few, I have never seen ****** not send them additional labels that we can print here and put them on the boxes. There, of course, are a few customers along the way that insist that it works a different way.  Oh well.  We simply cannot make everyone happy.
