    This business banned me for no reason from receiving medical transportation that I need. There is no appeal process which is ridiculous. If this complaint can be resolved, that would be nice, or if not, this can be documented for potential future customers so they won't be caught off guard. If any previous inconvenience did indeed occur when I was a passenger I do sincerely apologize but I don't recall any major issues here, this is quite frustrating.

    This customer was banned from service in October 2024. He was banned for verbal abuse directed at our employees, both over the phone and in person. Our employees have a difficult job and do their best to schedule trips for over 1000 patrons per week. Sometimes drivers call in sick, or vehicles break down, causing schedule interruptions. We do our best to avoid delays and cancellations. Retention is difficult as an employer, and if I as an owner allow customers to berate and throw profanity at our valued employees without consequence, then I am failing as a leader. Mr. ****** was banned for good reason, and this is the third time he has filed a formal complaint against our company, despite us not servicing him since October 2024. He may sound reasonable in his complaint, but we know from personal experience that he is too comfortable abusing people who are performing a service for him.He is perfectly capable of finding transportation with another company. The last time he spoke to us on the phone, his words were "F___ Y__, I will never ride with your F______ Company ever again. That was October 2024.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    This company seems to have me mixed up with another passenger.  In all honesty, if someone did act that way then the ban would be totally justified.  I am capable of finding another company but I wanted to attempt to ameliorate this confusion but that doesn't seem like a probable outcome at this point.  *********** reviews were to get someone's attention since phone calls did not work.  Obviously, I would delete them after I was removed from this blacklist but you have made it clear to me and for the record at BBB that you would rather ban people with no appeal/review process than hear a customer out and have no appreciation of those who would like to or currently patronize your business.Regards,

    I understand that you are unhappy with our response, and I would like to apologize for your difficulty in receiving Medicaid transportation. We have double checked our records and have come to the same conclusion. It was you who verbally berated our staff because you were upset with your wait time for a return trip. It was also you who has negatively reviewed our company twice on ******, despite us having no relationship with you since October 2024. We have a standard for customer behavior regarding how our staff is treated, and you violated that standard. There are other businesses in the area that *** can set you up with, we do not hold a monopoly on this type of transportation. Please contact *** at ###-###-#### and they will assist you in finding a company that will conduct your transportation.
