    Excellent experience from estimate through to the finished job! The entire staff and crew were courteous, thorough, and extremely professional, and we were kept in the loop every step of the way. They even put in extra hours to ensure the project was completed as expeditiously as possible, which included fixing some issues that arose from a previous repair. We won't hesitate to call them again, and can't recommend them highly enough!

    Huge two thumbs up if they were a movie. John got us set up for a full roof job in August of 2022, they got all done in a day and it looked like nothing happened but a new roof appeared. After the tornado in Rome this July our skylight raised up and set back down. Other houses around us needed new roofs - not us. No water leakage, but I was worried about the wintertime snow/ice around the skylight. Called Donna, she got in touch with John, and he was there the next morning. Surveyed the area and said "I've got a team down the street, they'll be here in an hour or two. We'll take care of it." And they did - Mike and the folks got it back in shape. No charge. Great to deal with.

    These guys are the best, hands down. My son, daughter and neighbor have used Utica Roof Pros in the past. Highly recommend. Sam, Donna, Vlad and his crew are a pleasure to deal with. All professionals. The driveway and yard were spotless when the crew left.

    Utica Roof Pros did an excellent job on replacing my roof. Mike and his team did excellent work, kept me informed on their progress and provide pictures of the work, replacing only what plywood needed to be replaced, putting down the new shingles and replacing the flashing on the chimney. The team worked very hard and also did a great job on cleaning up afterwards - I have not found a single nail!! Would highly recommend them to anyone!

    I was very pleased with the workers arriving 7:30am and completing the job by dark, including a great cleanup of the site.
    The foreman was courteous and professional and answered any questions or concerns I may have asked. Good job…

    We are very pleased with our new roof. Utica Roof Pros LLC are great to do business with. They come to your house, give a demonstration and answer any questions you have. The foreman was very professional and will discuss all and any issues, if any.
    The work crew was very friendly, hard workers who also took great care cleaning up, plus it only took 1 day to complete.
    Highly recommend!!!
