    At the beginning of the ***** epidemic I enrolled in ***s online EMT course. Two days prior to the course I decided to cancel. The *** websites cancellation terms were confusing and led me to believe I would receive a 100% refund provided I cancelled prior to the course commencement.All attempts to reach ***s registrar and bursars office were unsuccessful. Numerous voicemails and emails were sent . Thirteen days later I received an email stating I must file an appeal in order for reimbursement. Concerned, I attempted again to contact *** but was unable. I disputed the charge with the credit card company, and after they too were unable to contact *** I was credited back the charge. After more than three years believing the issue has been resolved, I am no receiving threatening letters from *** demanding payment. This organization is miserable to deal with at best. Buyer be ware!
