      I have working with ********* company and their maintenance contractor ********** to repair my solar. This has been going on since January 2025 . They have turned my solar off because of a fire hazard because mod bare wires. I call both companies or email both to no avail to setup repairs. I never get a live person to talk too. I leave messages no returns calls or email requests. I am losing money every day because the system is not generating energy to reduce my energy costs. I am wits end with these people but am tied to them because some of this is warranty work that is covered by my original purchase. I need help to resolve this ******

      ConEd Solutions (formerly **************) installed solar system on my roof 3 years ago. My invertor stopped working this summer and had to be replaced through warranty. The invertor's manufacturer confirmed that they delivered the replacement invertor to the installer (ConEd Solutions). Now, the ConEd Solutions is not responding and is unreachable in the past few weeks: all phones are leading to voicemails that are full and do not accept new messages. I filled the online request form a few days ago but never heard back. The person I worked with is no longer with the company and the emails are returned back to me. The company was nice and easy to reach when they were installing (i.e. wanted my money). Now, good luck getting any help.
