    I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from the VIPTransonline bus company.I booked a bus for a scheduled trip departing on 9/14/2024 from ************* ** to *****, ** for which I made full payment of 1450 in advance. However, I was made aware on 9/13/2024 that my reservation had somehow been messed up. I was told that there was no vehicle available and that I had to wait till about 4 PM to see if a vehicle at the mechanic would be available for use. This was unacceptable and so the booking was cancelled. This cancellation of the booking at the last minute due to the companys errors caused significant disruption to our plans and forcing me to incur additional costs.Their failure to deliver has not only caused inconvenience but also left me scrambling to secure alternative transportation at a much higher cost.Due to the cancellation, I had no choice but to book a new bus with another company, which cost me an additional $922. I would like the BBB to help me with the following:1. A **full refund** of the amount I initially paid for your canceled service.2. **Reimbursement** for the additional $922 that I had to pay to secure a replacement bus due to unavailability of the companys bus and last-minute cancellation.Ever since this issue, all attempts to get my refund have proved futile. I have called, sent emails and text messages. it has now been about 6 weeks since they could not deliver on their service and I still have not received my refund or any reimbursements for the additional incurred cost.I am at a loss as to what to do and I am hopping the BBB can collect my refund and my other costs for me. I have included screenshots of conversations with the company trying to collect my refund, proof of payment for the initial bus, email from VIPtrans confirming payment, proof of payment of the emergency bus and company logo and business info.Sincerely, ***** ****** Invoice number: **** **********
