    The service is horrible. The dispatchers are rude and totally unprofessional. A pick up from a nursing home was scheduled by the staff and was given an 11am p/u time they got there at 10:38am by the time I got my mother down stairs by 11:15 they had drove off after being advised we were on our way downstairs. When I called the dispatch to advise them I was advised they waited as long as they could and it would take at least an hour before they come back the tone was rude and dismissive and then when the call was coming to an end a male voice yelled out we're not coming back. I would never recommend this service. They are in the wrong business.

    Absolute worse service provider in the history known to man kind I was picked up 1.5 hours late for my appointment that was scheduled for 12:45 pm picked up at 1:30 for a 2 pm appt 45 mins away from my home the manager was very rude nasty and racist above all things. They dont care if you have appts they just want to get paid told me to call doctors office so Im not wasting my time going their because they picked me up late how rude and very inconsiderate .
