      I have been a member of this establishment since it opened, and I am very happy with their services. Keeping my car clean is no longer a hassle, as I am in and out of the car wash within 5 minutes, and they have multiple locations.

      This company decided to cancel my subscription due to the review I provided. I pay for the full carwash package yet many times the tire shine is not working, or it shines only one side, also the windshield is left soaking wet cause the mechanism to dry is old and outdated. Let me provide you with some more feedback. I am writing this second review to express my concern about the cancellation of my subscription, which occurred after I provided a review detailing issues I had with the service previously. As a paying customer, it is my right to provide honest feedback when I experience reoccurring problems. Rather than addressing the issue or offering a solution, this racist company decided to cancel my subscription. This feels punitive and unprofessional. When I entered the location, I found it strange that my subscription was not up to date because its automatically deducted from my account monthly. I entered another payment and drove to the car wash area. When I approached the employee, he informed me that the subscription was canceled, and I needed to do a dry run through the machine since they were not allowing me to wash my vehicle. This racist company charged me 32 dollars and I also had more time on my previous monthly subscription. I addressed this issue with the employee who in turn contacted the local police department. During the conversation with the officers, the employee stated that my subscription was cancelled due to me providing a review on ****** instead of writing the review on their company website (*******************). Stay away from this business at all costs. If you provide any constructive criticism and you are of color, your subscription will be cancelled. They stated they gave me a refund but never explained why the subscription was canceled. Their attitude is horrible, and they are very unprofessional. Take a look at their response to customers. Whoever is responding to reviews needs to be fired.

      This customer fails to acknowledge their behavior at the establishment, which force staff to call the police and have them removed and permanently banned from the property. This incident had nothing to do with the appearance, ethnicity, beliefs, etc of any party involved. This was all about an entitled individual who blocked the business and thus disrupted services for many other customers simply because they did not get their way. Rather than contact customer service to resolve, he threw a tantrum which led to police intervention. Our reviews are all strong with an overall 4.6 out of 5 star rating. Unfortunately you cannot make everyone happy, and behavior such as the kind exhibited will never be tolerated At our business, even if it leads to a negative review. I'd rather lose a bad customer and take the poor review Than inconvenience the many thousands of amazing customers we have. Those who truly know us appreciate the way we conduct ourselves.

      I became a member of this car wash almost 2 years ago along with my husband and son and several neighbors and friends. Major issue - February 2024, while going through the car wash the gas cap on my 2022 *** (not a pre-owned car, purchased new by me in 2021) on the right hand side of the vehicle, popped open and was completely ripped off. The staff retrieved the broken pieces for me. I reached out to the owner via email, ****, who insisted that was impossible to happen during the wash and I must've left the cap open while getting gas. I emailed him pictures of my gas tank (almost on empty) and a picture of the last time I actually got gas - which was 3 weeks prior and asked him to review his video to see if this was indeed an error on my behalf, he did not. After several nasty back and forth emails and him insisting on speaking to my husband, another business owner in *************, he decided to purchase a new gas cap for me, with the agreement he was not acknowledging his equipment was faulty and caused the damage. Today, Sept. 5, 2024, my son took his car (also purchased new, not pre-owned) to get washed and the passenger side mirror was nearly ripped off, completely broken. He emailed ****, sent photos and I followed up letting him know what happened. Instead of **** addressing the issue or viewing the video as I requested, he cancelled our memberships. Not a problem with ***** personal thought on this after reviewing other people's reviews is that the owner, ****, knows most of his clientele at this location are people of color regardless of the cars they drive. His responses to those complaints are nasty and dismissive, however, one person (not of color) complained a week ago about them closing for a few hours while it was raining and he politely responded with ***** we had to service our equipment (which reminder, he told me his equipment is top notch and never has he had any issues or complaints) please come by for a free wash" - REALLY?

      This customer is not being accurate or truthful at all in their review. I have never met her, and have no idea who she is, her race, ethnicity, etc. She was dealt with in the same rude manner in which she conducted herself. Its pretty clear now that she views the world through a lens of race, and feels because we do not share the same background, she is entitled to speak to ownership and staff in a rude and condescending manner. In spite of her misguided anger and shortcomings, we spoke to her husband (a much more polite and respectful gentleman), and were able to amicably come to an agreement to assist them. In fact ******** and her family remained customers after this incident in February, and she even went on to wash her vehicle with us over 150 more times. If you think an owner or establishment is so awful, and their equipment is faulty, I don't think any logical person would continue to visit that business one more time, lets alone over 150! Now after many more months of great service, ***************** has once again sent ownership some nasty and condescending emails, and we decided it was time to part ways. In total she has washed just her vehicle (not including her family) over 550 times at our car wash, but sadly her what are now apparently racially motivated tirades are just not worth keeping her as a customer. The fact is that in all of our locations, our staff is comprised of folks from all walks of life, backgrounds, etc. We are here to wash cars and provide customers with an excellent service at unbeatable prices - period. I pray in the future that ***************** eventually can learn to treat others with the same respect that she expects to be treated, regardless of their race or background. We love all of our customers, but we are human and if a customer cannot conduct themselves in a polite and respectful manner regardless of their issues, then its time to say goodbye.
