    I ordered $126.18 CAD worth of makeup on July 13, 2024. I was at the end of undergoing chemotherapy and I was really looking forward to this order and it never was delivered. I contacted the shop when it was active. There was no reply, so I went on the ******** page a couple months later to inquire. I was limited to commenting in the post that advised everyone of slow shipping. It is January 21, ****************************************** any tracking changes.

    On February 1st, 2024, I placed an order on the website for the face glow bundle and I paid $135.84. The pre order was said to he shipped out in spring. I have another email from Feb 12 and they said they were to ship out by April. Then nothing else came. I checked their face book and they said due to shipping delays, it will be shipped later but hopefully we would have it by summer. They said they would send out updates by emails... but i received nothing. I checked ******** and there were people complaining on why their comments were deleted. They had no replies and then the ******** post comment section was deleted on both Instagram and ********. I have not received any replies to emails, ******** messenger, or ******** post comments. There was a comment that said they received a shipping confirmation but it was not working before they deleted it. They have their website linked and the site is not available.

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by Chaotic Cosmetics Inc. regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    They have not sent me the refund yet. They sent a message a couple days ago saying they're going to send the refund along with the product as a gift but they have not said exactly when. They said it will be done but no date or time frame was confirmed.

    Im ******* of 2023 I bought a bundle of duo chrome lipsticks, I emailed two months later, and they told me theyd be shipping out soon. We had a couple more e meals back and forth, but for the past two months its been radio silence. Now, 7 months later, they are still not responding. I would like my money back.     I placed an order with chaotic cosmetics on Nov 28th 2022. My order number is ****. Some of the items I ordered were preorder so I was prepared to wait for my order. I recieved and email with the tracking number ****************************** on february 21st and my package still says it is in preshipment. I have emailed the company many times and keep getting a generic response they are sending out orders but they never check my actual order. The last time I emailed was April 29th and I have received no response as of June 20th. At this point I just want my money back or a new order to be sent. My order was $85.27

    I purchased a chrome lipstick in January of 2023 it had to be pre- ordered so I did. I have emailed the company now at least 5 times still no product I got this ****************************** tracking number that says the same thing it did in Feb. I paid ***** for it and still no product. It's now almost April.

    Hello to whom this may concern, We have addressed to all our customers and as stated directly on our WEBSITE that PRE-Orders for all items will take 1-2 months shipping and processing time DUE to manufacture time. This customers Item has been delivered ON April 12th, as shown in the screenshot attached. We are a smaller brand with a smaller team and we have also addressed this to all of our customer that there may be some delays but we are working as hard as Possible to satisfy every customer.
