      I was approached by a member of the sales staff of sbfunds. I provided them with all the documentation. Signed the contract. After submission, they tried to move me to a different program, with less funding. A higher interest rate. Above 35 percent and shorter payoff period. I would never deal with this ripoff loansharking company.

      Thank you for providing us with the opportunity to respond to this review. We have spoken to this individual on several occasions. He agreed to a particular program. During the underwriting process, unfortunately, his business no longer qualified for that program. Alternative programs were offered to him, which he declined. At no time did any representatives of the company push him into any program that did not work for him.

      THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!Ask Synergy Financial for their Secretary of State ID #, they hang up. Ask them what State they are incorporated in, they hang up. The addresses they give are call centers using remote access. Their ******** address is vacant, I have a friend that works are that address, and it is a vacant suite on the seventh floor. Check with Loopnet.****** was the one calling me to do ''business", but when I ask her about the company address, she gave me a totally different one from their own website. Nothing make any sense just do a little research and will find that is a TOTAL SCAM.

Additionally, we do not have a record of communicating with him. In his review, he is referencing Synergy Financial. It is likely that he confused our company with Synergy Financial due to the similarity in names. We researched 'Synergy Financial' online, and his description seems to fit them more than **. We are a reputable company having been in business for over 11 years. We pride ourselves on integrity and honest business practices. As you can see, in the 10 years that we have been listed with the Better Business Bureau, we have not had a single complaint against us. Please, have complete certainty that this is likely an erroneous review and should not be posted. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
