My business account has been charged the last 2 months February 2023 and March 2023 for a merchant service that I have no business relation with. I do not know why these charges have been posted to my account. I have tried to reach out to this merchant using the phone number provided to me ***************) by my bank and get a recording that it is no longer in service. Unable to discontinue the services. I closed most of my business and changed payment methods. This particular company seems to offer no benefits or any functional service yet I have been charged several years for it. I am not sure what I got for my money nor do I know of anything related to my previous processors of any service or benefits. It is only a direct deposit of ***** from my bank to theirs without any means to stop that other than a stop payment which I recently issued. I see no way to get my money back for years of being billed for apparently nothing. If there is a class action lawsuit, I would like to be a part. There is no functional email or phone. It must be a total scam.
