    On September 7, 2022 I took 4 bags of laundry to this business to get washed. They weighed each of my bags and wrote them down on the receipt provided with this statement. On the receipt there are 4 different weights from my 4 different bags. I was told on 09/07/22 that my pick up day will be 09/09/22 after 3 pm. On 09/09/22 I visited the store to pick up my clothes. When presented with 3 bags I asked the employee on duty where is my 4th bag and he went and asked the lady who was folding the clothes and she told him i only had 3. Per the receipt it shows I gave them 4 bags however, after washing, drying, and folding clothes maybe everything got consolidated into 3 bags. That was not the case when i got home me and my spouse start unpacking the bags to put up the clothes when we noticed none of our daughter clothes were there. My daughter had her own bag so we both know she had her clothes, towels, blankets, and etc in a bag getting washed with this location. I went back to the store to ask for the employee to find my bag. He called the owner of the business who then proceed to tell me to leave and called the police.
