  My experience has been far from satisfactory. From the outset, there were lapses in ensuring all parties were present and informed during the tax preparation process. This included the unauthorized use of my signature without my consent, a matter I am currently addressing with the company.Moreover, my recent interactions with the customer service representatives, especially during a call with an individual named *****, were highly unprofessional and distressing.As a customer who is navigating a sensitive situation regarding tax-related matters, the lack of professionalism and the apparent disregard for customer concerns are deeply troubling. I believe it is crucial to share this information with the BBB to alert other potential customers and to prompt the company to address these issues promptly.I am hopeful that by bringing this matter to the attention on BBB can facilitate a resolution and help ensure that R&G Brenner Income Tax upholds the standards expected in providing services to the public.

  We regret that this client is upset. She is filing a joint return with us and is NOT the primary tax payer. She is asking us to change the tax return after it has been completed and the primary tax payer is telling us to do not change it. We are stuck in the middle of domestic issue. This client is not understanding that at best we can amend the returns from married filing jointly to married filing single but that would cost more money as now we need to preparer 3 tax returns. Our staff is not being unprofessional, we explained what we can and cannot do for the client, but they are either not understanding or unhappy that we are not taking her side against her partner.

  ******************* and help you with queries from authorities. ********************* take their time. In the last few years, they have added a bunch of technology to help people do tax consulting remotely. Would recommend them.

  I wouldnt even give them a star. I went to R&G to get my sisters estate done. It took them 3 days to call me back after accepting the job. I was told it would be completed by the end of the day. I tried to reach out a few times and when I hadnt been contacted by 4/18 I reached out again. When they called me back, they said dont worry and contact them if I was contacted by the **** I had to keep contacting them to get a status. They kept asking me for documents which I provided promptly and then they would ask me for them again when I reached out for a status. I did get a penalty from the *** and contacted them immediately. After 3 weeks of trying to get assistance, I paid the penalty if $2669. They finally contacted me today to let me know it was my fault because I didnt get them documents on time. Are you kidding me? Most unprofessional business I have ever used.
