    My order #****************** arrived with missing items. I contacted Zoyava thru the TikTok app I ordered it though. I explained that the bottles of vitamins are not all there. I dont know if they sent me returned products or what happened, but the bottles are short on count and had no protective coverings. I still have them in the package as I received them. Zoyavas response was~ I do not have to return the products and they are issuing a refund. NOTE~ I cannot return the product without their approval. they have to give me permission to return them, along with a barcode scan for the *** or ***** Then recently I noticed that they refused to refund my original form of payment which is my credit card stating that they did not receive the product back. How does that make sense. I was told by them not to return them, as well as they did not give me permission too return with the *** or **** barcode scan to return them and then they decide they are not refunding me because I didnt return something they told me not to return. I want permission to return them with the *** or **** barcode scan and I want my full refund of $38.24. Website says- Items returnable if defective or damaged. Zoyava is a verified seller. They also have on their website- This seller is legally required to supply products that comply with the information provided to you. Seller info~ Home Savvy LLC. I want my full refund as I was originally told I would get.

    I placed an order through tiktok for vitamin supplements back on December 27, 2024. The only shipping process that has happened is a label was created. It has done nothing since that on December 31, 2024. I ******* this company and there are 5 ****** reviews of their orders not ever shipping and have been waiting 3+ weeks. They have made contact with the company and we all get the same email. I have attached my emails to show what they send back. I feel they are a scam. I just want my money back at this point. Who knows how many others are out there like me and the other 5 waiting for their products to ship.
