    October 2021 I decided to get the two molar implants I’ve been wanting. With my dental insurance, the out of pocket cost was about $3000 less than my regular dentist. Getting the two implants was a great experience… minimal pain and the staff and dentist were great. Fast forward to March when everything was healed and it was time for the impressions. I was told it would be 2-3 weeks for the crowns to be in. Turned out I didn’t get another appointment until May. When I got there (Hallstead to Vestal) I was told the new dentist didn’t have the epoxy he likes to use to set my crowns. So another appointment was made for a few weeks later. That day comes and I arrive for my appointment. The dentist comes out and tells me the previous dentist had ordered the wrong crown attachments. It would be another couple weeks to get the correct ones. Since that day I have called and left at least 40 messages… called the customer service center at least 6 times. I had an appointment set for last month and received a voice mail at 8PM the night before saying the dentist was under the weather and I’d be called the next day to reschedule. Fast forward three weeks of numerous voice mails left and I FINALLY had a human answer the phone!! She was rescheduling appointments and mine was set for 8AM today. I got there at 7:50 to an empty parking lot and a man standing by the door. We talk about having appointments and having had received three confirmation emails and texts… Then a car pulls up! There’s a glimmer of hope, until I realize it’s a friend of mine in the same situation as me and the other guy. I noticed a paper taped to the door - another disgruntled patient wrote their frustrations and left it there. After 10 minutes of waiting we realize we’re screwed again. I called the office and left ANOTHER message (#42) and then called the customer service center.

    I have paid this place almost 6 thousand dollars as part payment for implants I was going to have done.
    I had 2 appointments canceled by them. Each time they canceled it was because of an illness and each time they closed the office for 2 to 3 weeks at a time. During these closings the did not contact me to give me another appointment. they finally reopened which was the next time I actually got to speak to anyone. I explained that I was not happy with the way they handled my situation and I asked for a refund.
    I was put in touch with a Michelle N***** who is manager of operations out of North Carolina. At first she was very understanding and because there was no procedure performed she assured me that she would issue my refund. She took my information and sent me a confirmation that the refund was on its way. That was August 3rd I still have not gotten the refund. I have tried to call and text her and she has not replied.
    I have an email and confirmation from her that shows that she approved my refund. But has yet to get to me
