      Cost $4850.
      Repaired coated garage and laundry room floors using Penntek industrial coating.
      Said product was smooth and has a customer who was building a house and wants this flooring in his whole house. I told him maybe you should bring him to see my floor, I could not imagine having this floor in my whole house. I hate walking in there to look for something in storage or use the utility sink.
      My dispute: My laundry room/utility room is not smooth enough to walk on in bare feet. You can feel the flakes sticking up, even crunches when walking with shoes. I told the salesman to feel the difference even in the garage compared to the laundry room. It’s like they were running out of coating and did not put enough on. It’s hard to sweep. This is where we house the kitty litter box.Walking sounds like sand is on the floor before we moved litter box back in room. Pictures don’t show what’s wrong, it the texture and roughness.
      Saw at a couple ****** ** ***** event and picked up the information displayed in the garage where the floors were finished at a few homes. Then it was advertised in a ******* Magazine. Salesman came back and said there was nothing wrong with it. I said the garage floor feels better than the laundry room. He said he did feel anything was wrong and left. We have spent quite a bit of money on updates to our home the past 2 years and it’s frustrating to walk in the laundry/utility room. I am sorry we did this room. The garage is not the issue, it’s a garage and is not as rough as the laundry/utility room. I have not put a review on social media yet. Thought I would see if BBB can help.
