    We have had several decks of custom playing cards printed by Superior POD. We have been consistently pleased with the quality of the printing, and the service in getting our product back out to us. We recently had a last minute order we needed completed prior to a major convention, and they were able to complete the order in time, and went above and beyond in getting it shipped to us.
    We are a small game development business, and cost/quality are very important to us. Superior POD is our go-to company for printing.

    The Vice President Anthony gets real offended by real reviews and sends emails upset. My original review on ****** did not say everything was bad. I gave good points too but Anthony doesn't want to see that but he does want to make sure to hit below the belt and comment about my tone and the fact that I made a Gratitude Journal. One thing he should realize is having gratitude is different than allowing a company to take MONTHS (ordered in Nov 2023 by April 2024 I still dont have the proper product) for a simple order and just being OK with their screw up! This review was for people who are thinking of using the company because I rely on real reviews to make infomed decisions. This was MY EXPERIENCE.
    I ordered November 14th, didn’t receive the book until mid January maybe February and it is now April and my 2 book order is still being printed wrong. They hastily sent my first reprinted order to my customer and not me. They have printed this order 3 times and still can’t get it right. I just checked my book today and found it still messed up. I have the same book on Amazon so I know it’s not my file. I’m sure they are better at games or cards. So my review is strictly for their books. Slow communication, slow everything. Don’t use them for books. Print quality is good though. Pretty bummed I can’t use them.
    VP sent me a nasty email and tried to throw blame at me. VP said they gave me something they dont offer but their website has a section in the order form for having an INSIDE COVER PRINTED. VP said I didnt tell them anything about front cover, but my order form history clearly has my notes on the inside cover. When I mentioned the cover, no employee told me this wasnt an option. Their website is completely and utterly useless and full of misinformation like the RUSH ORDERS which do not apply to books but they dont tell you that. Their timing statement on their website is wrong too... this was another reason this whole order was a debacle to begin with.
