    Me and my boyfriend purchased two birthday parties for $204 each. These parties were not very well explained to us as clients/customers. We scheduled these parties on the same day 15 minute difference and start times one was for 11-year-old and the other was for a five-year-old. A big difference in age hence why we did separate parties, this is a trampoline park. We got the service of one party. We only had one party house between two different party rooms upon entering they did not allow us to store our stuff. The Hardy hostess was not pleasant. She was very disheveled and unorganized, causing us a lot of hectic during our birthday party once we’re done jumping in the trampoline park and it was time to come into the party rooms for food pizza And cupcakes the party host had mopped the room and directed all of the children to go in the wet room, although we had two rooms causing all of the Children to slip and fall. I asked why the floors were soaking wet and not dried prior to escorting children into the rooms or even having a wet floor sign. This party host did not have an answer to me and was very confused as to why I questioned. They forced us into the other room and only allowed us to utilize the one room that was dry. She did not host and items were rushed through our party. I feel that this was one of the worst parties that I have ever had! My first job was to be a party host and I have never done this as a host! When I reported to the assistant manager at the end of the party and they asked me, he said that they would contact me back with refunds and have a manager reach out. I have since called twice and left a voicemail in regards to this one time and spoke to a staff who “left a message”. I have not heard anything back. I Had to take one of my clients for work to this establishment, the assistant manager and party hosts we’re there off the clock holding hand and affectionate.I feel my concerns were brushed under the rug due to their personal relationship
