    My 96 year old mother was told repeatedly that her hearing aids were covered by ******** and the paperwork was being submitted on her behalf. Each time we went in we were told it was done, ******** was slow in writing checks, be patient. After waiting 4 months, we called ******** and were told no claims were EVER submitted on my mother's behalf, ******** does not partner with Miracle Ear, Miracle Ear knows that, my mother was scammed into believing she was covered. When we contacted Miracle Ear they said Medicare would cover her hearing aids; that too was a lie. ********** partners with ******** and my mother would have paid a $500 co-payment vs. a $6000 loan for her hearing aids. Repeated requests to resolve this have been ignored.

    The customer was told she had coverage through *********** not ******** or Medicare.   This is also why the consultant gave her the price of the hearing aids based on Tru Hearing pricing.  Tru Hearing has a co payment that is the customers responsibility.  The consultant and the Patient Care Coordinator also tried to explain to her.  There was no misleading or misrepresentation on our part.

    Better Business Bureau:
    I had to stop laughing after reading the last 'professional' response from Miracle Ear.  "All conversations with 96 year old client (who can't hear) were recorded regarding ********** options."  Did they record all the times they told her that they had submitted her claims on her behalf to ******** and be patient waiting for her check?  What a joke.  Can't deal with such liars and scammers.  

    They need the money more than we do.  Good luck.
