      - Purchased Elite Remedy in early 2021 (February) from ******* **** ******* in Helena, MT; bow was built and received by me in April
      - Everything worked properly until August 2022
      * "Linear Tunable Roller" system was defective, causing cable serving to fray, eventually cutting cable strands
      * Went to ******* **** ******* and they contacted Elite; defect was covered under warranty and new roller guard and cable were sent to and installed by ******* **** ******* staff, at no charge
      *Saturday August 19, 2023, I noticed that roller guard was damaging cable, rendering bow unshootable
      X Sunday morning (08/20), called Customer Service number listed under the ELITE HUNT GUARANTEE sections of owner's manual and website; number listed is for ******* ***** ***; they were closed, stating their business hours were 9am to 530pm EST; I visited ******* ***** website and sent message
      X Monday 825 am MST (1025 EST), called listed phone number again and choose customer service prompt; recording instructed that for Elite Products, Parts, and WARRANTY that I must visit retailer (******* **** *******); not open until later that day
      X At 858 am MST (08/21), I called again and selected "All Other Inquiries" prompt; was placed on hold for lengthy duration, never spoke with anyone until I hung up
      X Tried calling again, selected "Retailer" prompt; provided with two more prompts, but of which automatically end call
      X Visited Elite's ******** page and found different phone number ###-###-####; redirected to ******* *****

      I called elite asking them to make a faulty roller slide correct and having them send me a new one to replace it because it is cutting my cables they said yes we will send one through a dealer only then when my dealer said they are going to send it they never did and they won’t send me a new roller I recommend not using elites customer service because it is terrible.
