    In April 2022 I paid HV home improvement llc via ******************************* the sum of $9,000. He left and never came back to fix serious issues with his work. Exposed Nails through shingles, uneven shingles, overhang through the entire roof, no drip edge on parts of the roof, they left garbage behind, they broke two windows, a worker fell through the roof and through my kitchen ceiling. I contacted him many times, each time he gave a different excuse as to why he couldn't come back. He lied about filing a permit with the town. I went to the county clerk and she said that no permit was ever filed. He said he was waiting for the new shingles to be delivered, nothing ever came. More delays and more lies. I paid another company to come and assess the damage he did. I'm currently working with them to get my house fixed the right way. I paid him in good faith and he never returned. I have photos of all the damage he did. Too many photos.

    ***** was hired to replace roof and build a deck. Contract started in June. He placed mixed match tiles on roof. He has never completed the deck. The few pieces he put up don't match. He has been paid almost all of the money. The only contact from him is when I try to call. The job is totally incomplete. Each time he said he was sending someone to fix and complete the job, no one shows.
