    I hired this company to install a new driveway on my house, on October the 4th 2023, ******************************* and his crew came and installed the pavement, the price we agreed was $6,400.00 dlls. Three days after the installation, I was inspecting the job when I notice in detail that many areas of the surfaces of the driveway, the material was lose and not properly bonding to the surface, and very porous, the edges in many areas were very rough, I notice that a line that I specifically asked to be straight, it was all crooked, I contacted *********** via text message and I explained my concerns, he came back three days later and explained to me that the surface will eventually set and the problem will be solved, and that probably will need it to be sealcoated but, that there was nothing that he would be able to do because of the weather, he mention that if I was not happy he will be back next spring and review and fix all the issues. Next spring 2024, after several intents ************ agrees to be back and "fix all the issues" and sealcoating the driveway, On June 8th 2024. *********** send his crew to only sealcoating the driveway nothing else was done or fix, I have to mention that at this point they are so many areas that where literally crumble and loose material all over the place, weed growing through the asfalt, nothing was fix at all. He admitted that the material they used " was probably a bad batch " said by ************, He offer me a one year warranty which at this point after the last time I texted him he is no longer answer me back. Overall this has been a very stressful and unpleasant experience in which I paid in full for something I did not get, the Job it was very poorly applied and the Owner won't take responsibility for low quality job, I just want what I paid for nothing else, unfortunately at this point I don't trust this company to come back and replace or fix anything else. The reason, Lack of professionalism and responsibility.
