    AVOID THIS RETAILER. Especially if you HATE wasting time, money and effort.Purchased a new Lego Technic kit online on 09/24/23 shipped standard ground rate. Upon arrival, the box that the Lego kit was shipped in looked slightly beat up, but nothing worrisome. However, the actual Lego toy box was in terrible condition. It had holes and tears in at least 4 different locations and was covered in clear tape to hold it together. The tape did not even cover all the holes, so there was no way to know if all the small bags that contain the Lego pieces were still in it. The box was heavily damaged on all sides. In short, it looked like someone at ANB tried to ship out a used or defective unit, not a new one. I tried calling the company's contact ph# several times over the course of 2 days, during EST business hours, (347) five 87-5444, but no one ever picked up. I emailed their customer support department, and I did not hear back until almost 2 days later. I was hoping to use this as a gift (this was in NO way givable as a gift how I received it), but by the time I heard back from them and got them to send me a return label that I had to print out on my own, and then drove to ***** on my busy schedule to send this junk back to them, there was no way to make the gift -giving window I had envisioned. They only offered a refund or a replacement, and seemed to not care about the pathetic quality of service that was offered. Needless to say I'm never going back or letting anyone I know give them business.
