    Order placed on 4/15/23, Received incorrect measurements on 5/16/23, The owner *************************** came to our home, later that week, agreed that the product received was incorrect and promised to reorder and install ASAP. Since then we have left thousands of messages, and emails and we have not heard back from the company. Total cost of the blinds we ordered was $2181.30, we paid 60% deposit of ******* by check.

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by Budget Blinds of Nassau, Bellmore & Massapequa regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    I was contacted by ****, who advised us our product has been ordered and will be delivered directly to our home.  This call was received on 11/14/23. There has been no contact since, and no product received.  
    we have been told on two other occasions that our order was reordered 
    At this point we would like our deposit refunded in the amount of *******.

    The products were reordered with the correct measurements and are being sent directly to the customer's house.  We've instructed the customer to contact us as soon as the product is received and we will schedule an installation appointment immediately to resolve this.  I apologize for the delay and any inconvenience.
