    Awful service. I was referred to Mr. ******************** by my septic contractor. I started my process in October of 2023, paid his retainer immediately after and didn't hear from him in months until I reached out to follow up. He promised me he would send someone to check the soil...never did. Then he says "it fell through the cracks" and would send someone out in a couple of weeks...never did. Come May 2024, I had enough and requested my retainer back. After several emails and texts of following up I get one reply back that he was out on vacation and will take care of it. Well, I waited and still nothing. That was in beginning of July. Then I finally get him to pick up the phone after calling from an unknown number and promised to mail out the check by end of week which was 2 weeks ago and no reimbursement received. Nothing better than a scammer or a *****. Continues to promise to do something and does nothing. Just strings you along. Take retainers from people and don't deliver. Extremely disappointing. I should have read previous reviews. I see others have complained about the same thing. Seems like he has no problem taking on more jobs than he can handle while taking your money and not delivering.
