The place of business is a storage facility. The sign in front of the business says climate control, however, I have not been getting that even though I have been paying for it. It has been ***** degrees in the hallway all winter. My storage unit is currently 42 degrees. It has been too cold for me to do what I need to do. I need to put somethings away and tired of waiting for heat so that I can. I have been complaining for well over 50 days now.I don't like the manager, she's not doing her job, totally not taking care of the place. She's mean and horrible. She's not capable of feeling or caring and is not taking the matter seriously.A couple years ago they had someone named **** who was taking care of the place and he did an awesome job. He made sure there was heat in my building. I miss him very much. I'm tired of paying $77 for a storage unit that is supposed to have climate control. It's not fair and not right to take my money and not give me what I'm paying for. I like my storage unit, have been here since 2010 and don't want to give it up.

    Better Business Bureau:

At this time, I have not been contacted by A Space to Place Storage regarding complaint ID ********.
They have made it a little warmer in the storage building by about 10 or 12 degrees. Another 5 degrees wouldn't hurt, although I doubt we will ever get that. I'm still waiting for them to decide on how much to refund me for the 2 months we didn't have climate control.
    Sincerely,
