    Hello - I signed up for a full season flower CSA through forest ridge farmstead. Spring session was delivered as promised, I have not received any flowers since June, nor have I heard anything from owner Tabitha via social media or email since June 5th. Per website: As a full-season member, you will receive flowers from each growing session, Spring, Summer, Sunflowers, and Fall. Unless the owner is deceased, this feels like a scam to pre-pay for a full season subscription and only receive 1/4 seasons. I would like my money back. Unsure how to attach emails, but I did attach screenshots from a local Facebook group that shows it is not just my issue.

    I purchased a sampler bouquet csa, which was supposed to include a bouquet of flowers from each season. I got the first one for spring. An email was supposed to follow with a schedule for pickup of the next bouquet- I didn’t get anything. Another csa member reached out as she was in a similar position. We both emailed the business, and sent messages via ******** and *********, none of those messages resulted in a reply.

    I ordered 2 CSA shares for Christmas and paid in full (226.80total) I received a schedule for Spring and 1 bouquet. I was supposed to receive 4 more bouquets per CSA and a Summer schedule . I never received any of the summer flowers (8 bouquets total) or a Summer schedule. All forms of communication with owner have been ignored, phone calls, Instagram DMs and emails. I have never received a response from her and was told by local businesses who work with her she’s “busy with weddings” thus ignoring her CSA customers. This does not comply with her CSA outline that’s clearly detailed on her website- that we have a schedule and will receive the best flowers from her farm. I would like a refund for my CSA shares as we are closing the summer season soon.

    We ordered a seasonal flower *** but only received one of the 5 bouquets that were part of the ***. I tried contacting her with no response. My sister also tried contacting her multiple times with no response. So she took our money and gave us no product

    I December 2023 received a gift from my daughter which was a *** ********** ********* ************ membership to Forest Ridge Farmstead, a flower farm. The CSA was specifically noted to provide me with 5 flower bouquets for the 2024 season, spring through fall The cost was in the range of $130 and it was paid. I received a bouquet in May. That was the only bouquet I have received. I have emailed the business 3 times inquiring about the missed flowers but there has been no response. My daughter also sent the business a message on Instagram without a response. It would be outstanding if BBB was able to mediate and help get the missing flowers delivered.
