    I cannot believe how disgraceful this business is. I ordered $234 worth of desserts from this bakery for a wedding that I was invited to attend. On the day of the wedding the desserts never arrived at *** *****. I contacted Melissa the owner and she told me they were out for delivery they never we delivered by her company. This wedding happened on October 28, 2023 on the 29th Melissa emailed me the following.
    “I can not begin to tell you how incredibly sorry I am. When I still couldn't reach her after a half hour I went searching for her. I spent hours driving all the roads surrounding *** *****. I had zero service. It wasn't until 9:30 when my husband came to look for me that I went back into service.
    My assistant had a seizure while driving and was taken to the hospital. I'm so sorry I had no idea. I will absolutely refund you.
    This is absolutely not how I run a business.
    I have never missed an order and I feel so awful that I missed this.”

    To this date, I haven’t gotten a refund, I have not heard from Melissa after leaving several voice messages and email messages requesting my refund. She has not had the decency to return one telephone call or email message.
    I was completely embarrassed at the wedding, because I was responsible for desserts. We had zero desserts, none because they weren’t delivered by Melissa. This business did not act in good faith. I deserve my money back and an apology for her lack of decency in responding to any of my voicemails or emails.
