    Be very, very cautious of Joe and his helper. He is the most money hungry dishonest person ever. They don’t give you a timeframe how long your project takes and its not because they are busy, its because after two days if work their work hours are 10am start, lunch at 12 and then leave at 2. Thats if they show up. The excuses are excessive and range from a variety of ********. He doesnt care how shitty his project turns out you better pay him right away and do not question him. His worker is useless unless you need something painted otherwise she has not a clue. They are not licensed and I am not sure they are insured. He over orders just so he can keep the extras. Its so dishonest, you are sickened by it. They were here for 4 full weeks working an average of 10 hours a week. They have other businesses and they deal with those first. I had a 25k job and he did a lousy job. And when its done you can’t point out anything that isn’t correct. Supposedly he has been in business for eight years yet he has about seven reviews and one bad one with four different people loving it. He will get another bad one for me, of course. He gives you a fixed contract, but please make sure that you get everything in writing, including how much everything cost. You might be better off with a time and materials contract with him and I think that you should insist on it so then you can see what he’s doing and see how much everything is and I would suggest that you use your credit card to pay for the material Because if he uses his and there’s any extra, he’s going to get money back on his card. I would highly suggest using anyone else. In one day I was able to find a team that came in and fixed all his mistakes and finished what he left.
