    We recently ordered a replacement blower unit for an old ******* woodstove insert unit. Our is used on a daily basis throughout each winter season in Lake George for the past 25 years do obtaining the model numbers, etc was rather difficult due to the corrosion of the numbers. When I called Cozy Cabin I explained all of this to their service rep who in turn contacted their service tech. He asked if we could forward pictures of the stove, blower unit etc and within 24 hours got back to me indicating they were able to locate the part needed and proceeded to order it that very same day. I had indicated that due to it being our primary heat source we would appreciate it if they would let us know as soon as it arrives; they made note but stated it would probably take 2-3 weeks. To our surprise and within 4- days the part came in. My husband picked it up and wasn’t sure how to install so he took it back to Cozy Cabin and installed into the shelf unit at no extra cost to us. I would happily give them a 5-star review for efficiently going out of their way to service our needs. I would definitely recommend this business to others!!
