    I was overcharged for a crown procedure. Insurance determined $299.Dentist charged me $370. Then I was told Id get a refund when I had a $0 balance (no claims pending). Then after 4 months they said the refund is being applied as a credit for filings my daughter got a year ago(even though they got paid for that already). Every time I call they have a new excuse to not reimburse me. I feel sorry for all the others who dont ask questions or fight for whats right.

    My name is ***************************, and I was a patient of ************************* from 2019 to 2022 for Invisalign. I paid a total of $5200 for the complete procedure. I want to be very clear, I am not escalating this claime based on my teeth not being aesthetically pleasing, I am filing this complaint solely because I am now experiencing pain headaches and discomfort in my mouth as a result of this procedure by *************I consulted with 2 outside orthodontists, Roxbury Dentistry and ********************* and they both confirmed that my current pain is a result of a "rush job" and "negligent" Invisalign carried out by my previous dentist, ************. They both also confirmed that the fitting was not done correctly to accommodate my bite and my teeth could be fixed to alleviate the pain with a proper Invisalign fitting.I contacted ************ to explain to him that I am now experiencing pain and discomfort as a result of his inattentive Invisalign application and his response was that he would give me braces or I should "stop contacting him." I did not pay for braces, I paid for Invisalign. Both alternative orthodontists confirmed my issue could have been fixed with a proper Invisalign fitting.I am seeing a refund of $2000 which is the exact amount it will cost me to open an Invisalign case to fix my teeth with a competent dentist. This amount is less than half of what I spent ($5200).Attached you'll find a summary of the last conversation I had with ************, which are his notes on my file. You'll see he not only thinks I'm somehow "content with the results," but you'll also find he thinks I'm calling because of my teeth moving and not because I'm in PAIN. My teeth did not move, his Invisalign was done improperly as confirmed by the 2 orthodontists that have my records.
