    All summer long I have been dealing with repair issues inside and outside of my home. Today as I backed out of the garage and tried to shut the garage door with the remote and it wouldn’t close, I thought, oh no, not another repair to have to deal with! I tried another remote and also the device on the wall inside the garage. Nothing worked, but the lights on the motor did flash. I checked that nothing had fallen in the path of the door, but didn’t see anything. So I looked up garage door repairs and came across Albany Saratoga Doors, which had an excellent BBB rating. I called and a very nice gentleman answered the phone, I later realized I didn’t get his name. I told him what my problem was and he suggested I check to see if anything was blocking the electronic sensors at the bottom of the track. Sure enough there was a small dried leaf that had blown in front of one of the sensors and got stuck there. Once I removed it, the door closed. I was very impressed that he was able to give me instructions that worked and I didn’t have to pay for service call. I will definitely call this company if I need service in the future. This kind of customer service is hard to find these days. Thank you!
