      Total waste of time and money! Bought a SUV and had to wait for a lot of repairs before I could even get it and the next day it was back in the shop! Also two days after getting it back it was overheating and shut down so it went back to the shop. I was told it was just an “air bubble “ from the water pump repair that wasn’t flushed properly. Got it back for almost 3 days and same issue again and was stranded in rush hour on the highway and it went back to the shop! This time it needed a new engine! When I finally got it back again it was only in my possession for 6 of the first 30 days. Was told by Alan that he would give me a new 30 days on my contract and a full refund no questions asked if the problem persists! Straight lied! The car sat for 3 days during a snowstorm and then was driven for 1 day and the exact same issue again stranded in the cold with no response for help. I towed it back at my own expense again and was not given a refund because supposedly it was just a faulty clamp. 2 days later fluids were flowing out and car is not driving! Absolutely no response from Alan! I am now taking legal action for auto fraud and we will see what Alan has to say next!!! Piece of **** car but worse is the blatant disrespect and dishonesty! They think it’s a joke! But let’s see who will be getting the last laugh. GOOD LUCK!!!

      Aweful place to go this is out 3rd time here and they always push me away from the car I want they tell me or that one throws to many codes we can't sell that to so they show me something and I'm like no I don't want it then show me another but don't show me the one I want and all the codes to show that's what it's doing so I take another one then a week or 2 later I end up having lots of problems with it and they tell me that can't get it in and when they have an opening I would have to pay for it my car has been in my garage for 4 months now cause it won't start **** BEST BUY AUTO SALES I will never go here again. Oh yeah the werid thing is the gut that sold me the car is no longer there got fired a month after selling me that car if that's not suspicious???? Best buy will not make this write to me so I'm paying on a pos I can't dtive.

      Dishonest and Liars, Tested a car there and was very interested in purchasing it, but only after their maintenance shop checked out my concerns of the issues with the car, even a system warning that was displayed on the instrument panel. The car was placed as pending for me as I was told by the salesman, and he would notify me when the repairs where done or at the least have been looked at , so I could test the car out again. However two days later I called and asked about the status of the repairs and found that the car had been sold. Salesman said that it was not sold and still pending for me. That was a lie the car is gone and no one there had the decency to call me an explain how that happened. Stay away from this dealership in any of their locations, they only want to sell cars. I was just told by the salesman that they do not service (repairs) on any vehicles until that have been sold? Does that make any sense?. Read the other reviews and you will get the picture on how they operate. Good luck if you have already purchased a car from them, you will not get any help if it has problems, even if its still under warranty.
      Buyer Beware. A little courtesy? is that too much to ask of them? I think so. I did offer to place a deposit on the car, but the salesman said not necessary until the shop checks it over, so he placed a pending tag on the car. I guess that was a lie also.
