    I place a order for a Photo Engraved on December 15th 2022. I was advised up front that it would be done by Christmas which I was ok with. My daughter received it on January 13th. It was not what I had ordered. It was just a picture w/o the saying on it. I reached out to Rob the same day to advise. He asked me to send him a picture of what she received. I did. Rob asked if I would like it remade, I advised yes, I would. On 1/17/23 I was advised he was working on it. 2/6/23 I reached out again to check the status. I was told by Rob he was sorry he thought he shipped it out and would send it by Wednesday and send tracking info. On 2/11/23 I asked him for the tracking info since I had not gotten it yet. There was no reply. On 2/14/23 I asked again for the tracking with no response. 2/18/23 I asked again no response. 2/22/23 Once again I asked for tracking no response. Meanwhile all messages were read. On 2/22/23 I called and was sent straight to voicemail and got a text saying he would call back. 2 hours past and I hadn't heard back so I called again and spoke to Rob who advised that he had shipped it out, but it came back because it was shipped to the wrong address. I sent him a text with the address once again. Today is 3/4/23 and we still have not received the remake. I'm truly disappointed how this has been handled.

    About 2-3 weeks ago, I stopped in to the location in sangertown mall in new Hartford ny and ordered a custom sign for a Christmas gift. I had to pay cash only with no receipt, and was told he would call in about a week maybe two when it was done. I have messaged the ******** page and no response, stopped in numerous times now and still nothing the date just keeps getting pushed back. If it is not done by Friday 12/9/2022 I would like a refund because I will have to look else where for a different sign.
