On Tuesday, 6/13/2023 at about 8:20am, I entered the washington st ******* back parking lot to use the atm. There was a piece of plywood on the ground with a cone next to it. It is not blocking the atm but you do have to turn a little to miss hitting the wood & the cone. In doing so, your tire will be directed to a short metal rimmed curb that separates the drive thru lane from the rest of the parking lot. The issue is that there is a piece of the metal lining that is sticking out from the curb & damaged my rim & punctured my tire on my brand new vehicle. I went to ******* to ask who to direct my issue to & was told to contact Jake Johnson Properties because he owns the property & their building. They provided me with a phone number for them. I've called repeatedly & today, 6/19/2023 at 7:57am, I finally reached someone. She wouldn't give me her name. Just constant rude & condescending comments about how maybe I should learn how to drive so I don't run into curbs & then said not to call again because it's a ******* problem. It is not the banks problem. The bank rents the property & does not perform parking lot maintenance for Jake Johnson Properties. I want to be reimbursed for the damages to my vehicle due to their negligence. I have attached pictures of the parking lot & my receipt for my tire. I haven't been able to locate a rim yet as the vehicle just came out of production a few months ago.

We have reached out to Ms. ****** via telephone.  We apologized for the situation and assured her that the curb and drainage hole has been repaired.  Ms. ****** is requesting reimbursement for the new tire and for a new rim.  The tire replacement invoice has been provided herewith and Ms. ****** will be reimbursed in full.  We have requested pictures and the rim replacement quote for review.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. I will not accept any response other than the tire as well as the rim being fully paid for. Until that resolution, I do not accept this response. I have supplied them with cost of the rim from *****.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. I absolutely do not accept the response or them only acknowledging the cost of the tire. This is a brand new car. I have had it less than 2 months. The damage to the rim would not be there if not for their negligence to properly maintain their property!
