    Company unlawfully sent the police to my house at 4:30am saying that I was the one who stole money from y’all. I wasn’t even in the cab. They knocked on mine and me 2 neighbors doors because they were black. They didn’t check the area. I almost got arrested for this. There for I either want a settlement or we’re going to court.

    06/07/2023 Today I called to confirm my trip to the Doctors that was made by my Doctor's office and the man named he gave was Derek was rude and screamed at me when I asked for his supervisor he claimed to be in charge now this man went and cancelled all my other Doctor trips I'm currently pregnant and can't be talking long walks anymore plus I get physical therapy due to back issues it's sad that employee today get away with been rude and making customer feel discriminates against and I just started using this service even thou knowing they got a bad reputation in the town of Watertown I'm gonna be looking into seen if someone makes a change in this Taxi company for they are always rude and have no customer service skills neither sad part is they already make you wait hours for a 10 min ride I got witnesses to the treatment from this personnot professional at all even sound like he got a hangover

    The lady called to confirm a medical transport through med answering services (Medicaid transportation) we informed her we don’t have her on our roster today. She then decided we were lying to her and continued to scream and swear at my dispatcher who was only doing his job. She continued to call a couple times doing the same thing. She then didn’t believe him so she called med answering and med answering told her the same thing we did. We don’t control who’s on our list we just get the list. She was very rude and disrespectful to them as well and is no longer aloud transportation with them either.

    I called the business around 12 to set a time call for a 1:15 pick up at *** at the ***** center at *** and well 1:20 comes around still no cab so I called and dispatch told me a minute and a half still no cab then I called back at 1:40 now remind you I was standing there at the door looking and no cab was sitting there dispatch got extremely rude with me and told me that he was sitting there when in fact no cab was here and told me i was to find another way home im sorry but that's no way to treat your customers at all you all have lost my business and this happen on December 14th or 2022

    are sorry this happened . Did you make your pick up time an hour in
    advance to you appt time?  We transport hundreds of people to
    appointments weekly and we do ask for an hour window so you are not
    late.  We can not control things such as traffic and weather and other
    riders so we ask for ample time even if it is right down the street.  We
    look forward to serving you in the future and proving we are the most
    reliable service in Watertown NY.  Thank you

    Called to schedule a time call on 10/27 for 8:50am the next day they showed up at 8:30 while I was in the shower ,so I called Yellow back.the dispatcher was very rude & started yelling at me because the night dispatcher wrote down 8:30.told him that wasn't my problem I need a cab for 8:50 that's what time I set it up for over 12 hours ago.the dispatcher continued to keep yelling at me & was still very rude.he then refused to send me a cab stating I was being rude.called for a time call again on 10/4 night dispatch confirmed it.jump to today & the dispatcher refuses to send me a cab anymore.they could've said something so I could set up another ride considering I use them to pick up my 4 year old son.now I have to walk & it's 40 degrees outside.dispatcher's on a power trip & shouldn't be treating customers like dirt.i'd take a different cab but they're the only one in town who does times calls in the morning.he also refused to tell me who the owner was so I can contact them.whoever the morning dispatcher is needs to be fired he shouldn't have a job in customer service.was taking Yellow for awhile then they continued to be late most of the time even though I set up my time call 12 hours in advance.something really needs to be done about this place
