      My husband ****** ****** ordered glasses in November of 2022. He paid 400.00 for the glasses. He took them back within a week because the script was not right. I have called numerous times about the wearabouts of the glasses. The only response I get out of them is they are in order. I have called my insurance company and they told me I need to call northern optics. The office manager is supposed to call me. Hasnt happened yet. I want northern optics to pay my insurance back and to pay us back. Northern optics has moved to ***** ***** ***** * ********* ** *****

      I am writing to let you knoq that Northeen Optics called today to let me know ****** ******'s glasses were there.  I explained to her we went elsewheres and no longer neede the glasses since it took 5 months to het them.  I am waiting to see if they return my money and pay my insurance company back.
