    A lesson learned. I have to replace 8 windows because Sutryk and Son contractor installed my windows incorrectly without weather proofing. The company ******* who made the vinyl windows the frame work is bowing inside and outside with gaps. The vinyl is warped cracking and leaking air. The slider windows locks didn't lined up to lock correctly. I purchased my ******* windows through Sutryk and Son in 2017. I never received window warranty which I requested. I called Sutryk and Son out several times with window issues which were never resolved. Sutryk never contacted me for followed up never contacted ******* company which I did without satisfaction from the manager. I hired ******* ** ******** window 8/18/2023 to replace the 8 windows. The product specialist pointed out to me the installation process was poor. The quality of vinyl windows materials were low quality. My 6 year old windows look like 20 year old windows. Customers beware when hiring any contractors.
