    Sunday April 6th at 8:20 pm. i ordered a pizza from coaches for pick up. i came to pick the pizza up at 8:45. they close at 9:00. paid $25.00 for a large 1 topping pizza with 2 sides of ranch dressing. I did not look at the pizza at the counter, the employee was closing and did not open up the box to show me the pizza. I take my pizza home and open it up and discover the entire pizza is just sauce and no cheese. I call the business at 8:50 to address the situation, tell them about my complaint and ask for a new pizza or a refund. The employee who i spoke to on the phone was extremely rude, short and sarcastic to me about my concerns. When i tried to speak up to this employee she started changing the tone of her voice and asked me if i have ever seen a pizza before, telling me that she cut the pizza herself and seen nothing wrong with the product they sold me. Talking over me and not letting me speak as i was just asking to return the food. After yelling over me while i was trying to speak she started to say i was being rude to her and hurt her feelings and she will be telling the owner how i treated her. I had asked her for her name and she would not give it to me, she started yelling again. During the conversation while i was asking for a refund she told me no she will do nothing and neither would her uncle, hoyt. She finally screamed her name at me and told me her name was jasmine and her uncle **** will not do anything for rude customers. Tells me that the only thing i can do i bring the pizza back the next day. So i did not eat the pizza, i brought it to the store when they opened. Another employee disregarded my concerns, told me he would not give me a refund. Said the owner needed to be there, i called back 3 times, he was not available. I went to fb where they proceeded to not help me and turn my complaint into a 17.99 special. where hundreds of local ppl harassed me over this situation on fb and in person. they made multiple ** posts directly about this

    BBB spoke to the owner of the business and the following was relayed:  We would be willing to give her a pizza.  She yelled and screamed at my employees, so they refused to work with her after being treated like that.  I stick up for my employees, they don't deserve that.  Then she showed up at my pizzeria the next morning at 7:30am and immediately started yelling at me.  Had she handled herself in a respectful way, it would have been no problem.  But I cannot allow people to treat me staff like that.  Thank you.

    No, this issue has not been resolved. I do not wish for a new pizza. I would like my money back please. $25.00.
