      Last month I brought my computer to be repaired. It needed a replacement LCD screen, the DVD ROM needed repair and I wanted them to install ******* 10. I waited about a month and I called to find out the status. They told me it was fixed and they would call when I could pick it up. I waited another week and they never called called so I called them and I spoke with the owner Jeff. I asked when I could pick it up and he said he was waiting on a piece he had ordered. He said he would call me when he got the piece. I waited a week and I called him and he was annoyed. He said he would call when he had the piece. He never called so l called him and he said the peice would arrive Sept 17. He called me and asked for my password and I gave it to him. He called back and said he could not fix the computer. I asked what I could do and he said that there was nothing he could do and the computer was broke. I said I would like my computer back and I would pick it up and he said I would have to give him $200 to get it. I asked why and he said he would have to remove everything he put into the computer. They originally told me computer fixed and they were very rude to me.
