  Robert is awesome. He is compassionate and knowledgeable, helpful and sincere, attentive and dedicated. I cannot imagine where our lives would be without him. My daughter and I would have been lost trying to manage a very tragic event without him.

  I used A Better High's services in 2020 and 2021. Their services helped me find a path in my recovery when other rehab and recovery services had fallen short. They step away from the 'one size fits all' approach to substance abuse that so many rehabs and twelve step programs stick to.
  Robert takes the time to listen to his clients and help them develop a plan individually, combining proven traditional methods with new ideas and outside the box thinking.
  I would recommend their services to anyone who is serious about living a sober life and cleaner, more healthy lifestyle.

  A Better High, LLC is amazing! 5 stars, but easily deserves 10! They provide some of the most valuable and essential services that you can find anywhere, i.e. cultivating a better lifestyle without being dependent on addictions, vices, or really any external gratification. Robert not just shows, but actually teaches you how to navigate internally so that you can be the person you always wanted to be. The results speak for themselves because Robert takes you away from the rigid binaries of winners vs. losers, self-judgment, self-pity, shame, guilt, etc. You will learn to stop focusing on the results, and to focus your energy into the wonderful parts of yourself that you either never knew were there, or have been neglecting for a long time. I can’t say enough good things about Robert and A Better High, LLC. It’s not just counseling, healing, or learning how to cope and manage your life — in fact, it is all of those things, but the real reward is even more profound — Robert idiosyncratically tailors the program around YOU, and he gets to know you personally so that not only will you have the best chances for success, but you may even find a new passion for life. The journey is truly inspiring, but you also have to be willing to put yourself in a place for change. So, what will it be? Will you make the one choice that can lead to endless positive outcomes? Will you take a leap of faith in yourself, and with Robert? Take my advice: invest in yourself for once and let a truly inspiring human being guide you to a better high, to a better life . . .
